Requesting these records from the military can take 4-6 months to receive. However, if you have copies of a police report, or any other evidence to support your claim, we can get started.

Markers are what the VA uses to establish the validity of a claim. Markers could be a police report, pregnancy test. STD testing, documented changes in work performance, transfer requests, break-up of primary relationship, statements from others, etc.

No. Once you have paid the fee for your selected service, there will not be any additional fees. Unlike other companies, we do not take any of your backpay that you may receive. If you choose to hire us for another service, a fee will be due for the additional service.
